The Story of Juliette Vol. 7 by D. A. F. de Sade (Olympia Press Traveller's Companion Series No 58 / 1965)

The Olympia Press was a French Publishing house established by Maurice Girodias, which specialised in the publication of pornography / erotica (often penned anonymously by writers who subsequently went on to achieve fame. However, in addition to these risqué works, Olympia Press also published numerous cutting-edge works by literary writers whose work was prohibited in their own countries, such as Samuel Beckett, William Burroughs, Vladimir Nabakov, Alexander Trocchi and J. P. Donleavy. It was able to do so by publishing the novels in the English language only, hence the 'Traveller's Companion' label. 

Author more commonly known as Donatien Aldonse Francois, Marquis de Sade, and sub-titled, 'Vice Amply Rewarded'.
