Dover Harbour by Thomas Armstrong
Dover Harbour by Thomas Armstrong (Collins / 1942)
'Dover Harbour is the story of England from 1792-1809, from the outbreak of the French Revolution through the years when, bereft of one ally after another, she faced the despot Napoleon alone.'
1948 fourth impression of title originally published in 1942. Hardback in good condition overall with clean, unmarked pages. Unclipped dustjacket is intact and is currently protected by celllophane dustjacket cover, but there is, nevertheless, a large open tear to dustjacket on top edge of front as well as to a lesser degree to the top of the spine and there is corresponding sunning / marking to the clothbound boards at these points.
