This novel is comparable only to Alice in Wonderland as an allegory of the absurd. It is a murder thriller, a hilarious comic satire about an archetypal village police force, a surrealistic vision of eternity and a tender, brief, erotic story about the unrequited love affair between a man and his bicycle.

Softcover. Shows signs of having been read and some tanning of the pages commensurate with age, but on the whole this book remains in GOOD+ condition with light wear only to cover and spine, but no significant creasing.
