All poems are published in French with plain prose translations in English.

All four volumes are in very good condition with clean, unmarked, lightly-tanned pages that are free from notes and underlining. No names, inscriptions or ex-libris plates. Only the very lightest signs of creasing to spines but none to covers which otherwise exhibit very light signs of marking in places and there is a very small variance in colour between volumes possibly due to exposure to light.
